To create their staggering menu of Italian classics, the cooks at Lorenzo’s went straight to the source—original recipes from the old country. Thanks to these, the culinary team crafts dishes such as pasta tossed with peas and mushrooms in a vodka tomato cream sauce. The remaining menu encompasses everything from clams stuffed with fresh herbs and Sicilian pizzas topped roasted eggplant to chicken sautéed with garlic and shitake mushrooms. Reds and whites from Lorenzo’s wine list can accompany feasts.
